Get found on Google when someone nearby is ready to buy

When someone nearby searches for a business like yours, your Google listing is usually the first thing they see — before your website. We set yours up properly, keep it active, and make sure you can see how many calls and customers it brings you.

The things local owners tell us

I’m on Google, but I never show up on the map.

Someone else claimed my business and I can’t get it back.

My profile says we’re closed when we’re open.

I get calls, but I have no idea where they came from.

I ran ads once. I couldn’t tell you if they worked.

My competitor has 200 reviews. I have six.

What we manage

Five pieces, one Google presence

Most businesses have one or two of these half done, and none of them working together. Here is what each one actually does for you, in plain English.

Google Business Profile

This is the listing that appears on Google Maps with your photos, hours and reviews. We claim it for you — or get it back if someone else has taken it — fill it in properly, and keep it updated so Google carries on showing it.

Your website, set up to be found

We build your pages around the words people really type — “plumber in Bellerose”, not “quality solutions”. We also make sure your business name, address and phone number are written exactly the same everywhere, because Google gets confused when they don’t match.

Google Ads & Local Services Ads

For when you need the phone ringing now rather than in three months. We also build a list of searches to block, so you aren’t paying for clicks from people who were never going to hire you.

Knowing what actually worked

Most websites count visitors and nothing else, which tells you very little. We set yours up to count the things that pay you — phone calls, form enquiries, booking requests — so you can see what turned into real work.

What Google thinks of your site

There is a free Google tool that tells you what people searched for before they found you, and warns you when something on your site is broken. Most small businesses have never switched it on. We do, and we keep an eye on it.

Reviews, handled properly

We give you an easy way to ask happy customers at the right moment, and we help you reply to the reviews that come in. We don’t buy fake reviews, and we don’t only ask the customers we think will say something nice. Both are against Google’s rules and can get your listing shut down.

How it fits together

One loop, not five separate jobs

Each piece is worth more connected than it is alone.

01

Someone nearby searches for what you do

02

Your profile appears on the map

03

They tap through to your website

04

They call, book or send a message

05

We can see the enquiry came from Google

06

And which search actually brought them

A listing that sends people to a poor website wastes the click. A website nobody measures can never get better. The loop is the point — and the last step is what tells us where to put your money next month.

Keeping current

Three things that changed on Google recently

Plenty of advice being sold today is years out of date. These three changes affect a small local business right now.

Late 2025

The questions feature is gone

Google used to let customers post questions on your listing for you to answer. They have removed it. If you had answered things like “do you take walk-ins?” or “is there parking?”, those answers are gone.

What to do: put those answers on your own website and in your listing description, where nobody can take them away.

Ranking signal

Listings you ignore slide down

Google now watches whether you are still active — adding photos, posting, keeping your details right. Leave a listing alone for a month or more and it quietly loses ground, no matter how good your reviews are.

What to do: treat your listing as something to feed every month, not a form you filled in once.

From Aug 2026

Local Services Ads are moving

Local Services Ads are the ads with the green tick that sit right at the very top of Google. Google is moving them into its main advertising system, in stages, between now and 2027. Your budget and your ads move across on their own. Your past results do not.

What to do: if you run these ads, download your reports before your account is moved. Once it goes, that history is gone for good.

The actual work

What we do, in plain terms

No dashboards full of numbers nobody reads. Here is the actual work.

Setting it up

The one-off work that most businesses never had done properly.

  • Claim your listing — or get it back if someone else has it
  • Set your business type and the areas you cover, so you turn up in the right searches
  • Real photos, correct opening hours (holidays too), and the details people filter by — parking, step-free access, and so on
  • Links that take people to the right page on your site, not just the front page
  • The free Google tools switched on, so you can see what is working
  • Hidden code added to your site that tells Google your business details — and matches your listing exactly

Keeping it working

The monthly habit that stops a good listing going quiet.

  • New posts and fresh photos every month, so your listing stays active
  • Hours updated before the holidays, not after the complaints
  • A simple way to ask for reviews, and replies to the ones you get
  • Watching for problems — pages Google can’t read, or a sudden drop in visitors
  • Ads adjusted around what brought real enquiries, not what got clicks
  • A short note each month, in plain English: what changed and what it means for you

What we don’t promise

Worth reading before you speak to anyone about Google — us included.

We can’t promise you a number one ranking. Nobody can. What someone sees on Google changes with where they are standing and what phone or computer they are using.

We can’t promise a number of leads. Too much of it depends on your trade, your area, your prices and how quickly you answer the phone.

We can’t remove a genuine bad review. We can help you reply to it in a way that reads well to the next person considering you.

We don’t buy reviews or filter who gets asked. Both are against Google’s rules, and listings get shut down for it.

We don’t blur what you pay Google. Your advertising budget goes straight to Google from your own account. What you pay us to manage it is separate, and we say so.

How this works

Two ways to get this done

Building a site with us

It’s already included

Setting up your Google listing comes with the $499 website package, along with the tracking tools switched on and your business details wired into the site. Nothing extra to buy, nothing to think about.

Google work only

We’ll fix what you have

Happy with the website you already have? We’ll set up, repair or recover your Google listing on its own — and give you a price once we’ve actually looked at it, rather than guessing first.

Free Google visibility check

Find out where you actually stand

We’ll look at your Google listing, search the way your customers would to see whether you actually come up, and check whether anything is counting the enquiries you get. Then we’ll tell you plainly what’s wrong and what’s worth fixing first.

No obligation, no pressure, and we won’t need a single password to do it.

Prefer to talk first? Call (929) 538-6675 or message us on WhatsApp.

We only need enough to look you up on Google. Please don’t send passwords or account logins in this form.

Common questions

Questions About Google,
Answered Simply

What’s the difference between Google Business Profile and Google My Business?

Same thing, new name. Google dropped the “Google My Business” name and closed the separate app that went with it. You now manage your listing straight from Google Search and Maps.

I don’t have a shop customers visit. Can I still appear on the map?

Yes. You list the areas you travel to and hide your home address. Google calls this a service-area business, and it is the right setup for contractors, mobile services and anyone working from home. Getting it wrong is one of the most common reasons a listing gets shut down.

Someone else claimed my business. What can I do?

You ask Google to hand it over, and if whoever holds it ignores you, there is a way to take it further. It is slow and fiddly, but you usually get it back. Dig out whatever proves the business is yours — utility bills, licences, registration papers — because that is what settles it.

How long before I see a difference?

Fixes to your listing — business type, hours, photos — can show up within days. Climbing the map for the searches everyone wants takes months, not weeks, and depends on how established your competitors are and how close you are to the person searching. Ads are the only part that brings enquiries straight away, and you pay Google for those.

Do you need my Google passwords?

No. Every Google tool lets you add us as a user with our own login. You stay the owner and can remove us whenever you like. Anyone who asks you to hand over a password should worry you.

What happens to my accounts if we stop working together?

They stay yours. Your listing, your ads account, your visitor figures and all the history in them belong to you. We remove our access and that is the end of it.

Do you guarantee page one on Google?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody outside Google controls this, and the map results change depending on where the person searching is standing. We do the parts we can control, and tell you honestly what they produced.

Is Google setup included in the $499 website?

Yes — setting up your listing and switching on the basics is included when we build your website. Looking after it every month, running ads, or fixing an existing listing when we didn’t build the site are priced separately, after we’ve seen what is there.

Not sure what state your Google presence is in?

We’ll look, and tell you plainly. It costs nothing and takes us about twenty minutes.
